E-Stamp is a computer-based application and a secured way of paying Non-Judicial stamp duty to the Bangladesh Government. According to official circular of Bangladesh Government E-Stamping Implementation Pilot Project Commenced on 01 July 2016 and which will be completed on 30 June 2019. Sponsoring Ministry / Division of E-Stamp is Information and Communication Technology Division, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications & Information Technology of Bangladesh Government and Executing Agency of E-Stamp Implementation Pilot Project is Office of the Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA) under aforesaid ministry. The objectives of this project are as follows:

• To convert present paper based non-judicial revenue stamp to electronic stamping.
• To increase Govt. revenue from stamp duty.
• To enhance transparency in stamp duty management and remove forgery of stamp duties.
• To build a central database to make an ease of the verification process.
