Complete online registration form. If you are a registered client than log into your account and then select your affidavit from our List of Affidavits and fill out the information form. If you are new user or client, after successfully completion of online registration form and profile select your affidavit from our List of Affidavits and fill out the information form.

If you select, affidavit draft only, after you place your order and pay online, our enlisted Notary Public will then send you a drafted affidavit for your review and approval. After your approval, our enlisted Notary Public will then deliver you a final drafted copy of an Affidavit in Electronic Form to your online account and e-mail. If you select Affidavit Draft and Execution both, then after you place your order and pay online, our enlisted Notary Public will then send you a drafted affidavit for your review and approval. After you approve a drafted affidavit, you will then make an appointment schedule online in order to execute an affidavit online.

During the appointment date, you have to enter and upload your NID number / Passport Details, Photo, scan your handwritten signature and then upload your handwritten signature in JPEG format (if required). After verifying your identity, then through a two-way live audio and video web notarial session and your virtual visual presence, you will provide your electronic or digital signature as appropriate in the defined manner of law and our enlisted Notary Public will affix his / her Digital Signature issued by the Certifying Authority (CA) of Bangladesh, and his / her Electronic Notary Seals to an Affidavit in Electronic Form.

You / We as applicable, will then print out your executed affidavit in a color printer with Non-Judicial stamp paper or in due form of law as determined by law.
